Essential Responsibilities:
- Development, monitoring and implementation of a concrete action plan for the maintenance of machinery and equipment;
- Plans the periodic maintenance of the production line and daily control of it and any other machinery, equipment and electrical network;
- Control the correct use of the equipment/machinery according to the technical manual/guide specifications;
- Development and oversight of investment / equipment investment plan;
- Ordering and monitoring of the use of new equipment/machineries/spare parts;
- Inventory of equipment/spare parts and those out of use;
- Control, oversee and complete maintenance issues documents for each unit;
- Order/repair of spare parts;
- Keeps and updates the department technical library with catalogues, manuals, standards.
- Supervision, training and annual performance of his department employees.
Requirements for this position:
- University Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical etc.);
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Maintenance Director/Manager or similar position;
- Very good command of English;
- Very good knowledge of PC/MS Office;
- Ability to communicate and work under pressure;
- Social and capable of building inter-personal relationships with vendors and co-workers.
